The question- Why would someone want to buy what I offered? Because it makes them feel…. Is GOLD✨ Elin! Thank you for sharing!

Ooh, seeing the broader impact of what you do in and around creative endeavours. This is a big deal!

You've hit upon a way of building up what matters by deliberately working beyond it. The art is the main focus, yet also not the main focus. Clarity of purpose so the art can breathe and you can operate. 👏👏👏

If you are doing something, do it for yourself. Anything that you dedicate time to is part of you--and by extension your wellbeing. When it's good for you, it's good for other people. Thank you so much for this wonderful artistic advice.

Thanks Edwin! If we enjoy it we’ll attract people who enjoy the same, which tends to be a good thing 👏

Made me think about why I ‘sell’ my ‘art’ (ie share my writing)… I’m not sure I have an answer yet, although it’ll be something around inspiring interest and intrigue in readers - but it will definitely help to know the answer to this. Also - just seen your orange tick; huge congratulations! Your following seems to have grown enormously in such a short space of time, the fruit of all your hard work 🥰

Such wise words Elin. I feel a block around this and I know it needs shifting. I need to think about this from a different perspective, your perspective! I have no idea why I find it so hard 😟

If it’s to any comfort - you’re not alone in feeling the struggle 💕 I think the only way is really to explore perspectives that land with your values and one way is to start to think about why YOU make it in the first place as it can give hints as to why someone would want to purchase too… 🥰

"Ask yourself why someone would buy what you offer " something I keep asking myself, but never find a answer. Starting to feel I will never find a good answer on it.

You will find an answer when you least look for it, which is the most annoyingly frustrating thing of it all!
