It’s funny how (in so many life situations from marriage to friendship to business) it can feel easier to start over than to plunge into what we have. Your words remind me of the joys to re-finding the heart of our contribution.

Charles + Elin = Lasting impact ❤️🪡❤️

Can’t wait for the book!

Yes this 💯 it’s more uncomfortable to work through issues than pretend they no longer exist.

Thank you so much, I can’t wait for you to read it 🥰🥰

Elin, congratulations on your book plans! I find your blog and art so inspiring and beautiful. I love that you’re leaving your family a legacy of creativity.

I would love to be considered as a free proofreader for your book! I majored in journalism and have taught literature to high school students online. But I am interested in getting into editing and proofreading, and I would love the chance to do something for you and hopefully earn a recommendation from you.

Fantastic thanks! I’ll keep you posted - want to finish the first rigid edits with my husband first and then I’ll reach out 🥰

You guys are so cute! I love thinking about legacy too. It slows me down as the internet can feel fast. I was just talking to my mum about stories / memories and she wrote down the story of two wooden family heirlooms and gifted them to us for our 5th anniversary. ❤️

Legacy feels very grounding, doesn’t it? It forces you back to earth to see what’s in front of you.

Love to hear this about your mum 🥰 c
